Grace Jamaica Jerk Festival

The annual Jamaican Jerk Festivals in Miramar, Florida and Queens, New York, have evolved as major events, attracting all ethnicities and key demographics. It is the mission of Jamaican Jerk Festival USA, Inc. to set standards and work with other organizations in promoting this uniquely Jamaican culinary art form, maintaining and protecting its authenticity globally. Partners for Youth is proud to be the non-profit sponsor of this annual celebration with a portion of proceeds being dedicated to the Anthony Baker Scholarship Fund and other PFY initiatives!​

“People think Jamaica is all reggae and dancehall,” Higgins explains. “That is so far from the truth. Parts of our musical appetites were fed from all over the world.”​ With his annual concerts, Steve Higgins and Friends celebrate music, culture, and dance. With budding young artists and seasoned professionals, Steve Higgins support and dedication to bringing arts to the community transcends generations. Partners for Youth is proud to collaborate with Steve Higgins and part of proceeds from Annual Concerts go to specific outreach partnership with the SOS Children's Village.

SOS Children's Villages - Florida is a foster care neighborhood in Coconut Creek. Their promise of "Healing, Hope and Home for Every Child" assures the children growing up in the Village a safe and secure home and Partners for Youth is proud to support their efforts to support the children in our community to overcome past traumas and build successful futures. 

The Step Centre

The STEP Centre is a unique and groundbreaking institution in Kingston, Jamaica. It is a school for the therapy, education and parenting of childrenwith multiple disabilities. The school was founded by parents in 1993. They believed that their children who developed differently had the right to education. The right to take part in social interaction with other children and to be given the opportunity and specialized help to reach his/her full potential.

Rootz Of Music

Rootz of Music, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that was founded in 2011 by Jazz guitarist, arranger, composer, and music educator Eugene Grey along with his wife Felicia K. Grey. Rootz of Music is committed to inspiring people and assisting in their growth and appreciation of music. Their vision is to touch the world by creating, developing and supporting programs and other non-profit organizations in their efforts to advance music education.
